Heather is the type of levelheaded advisor that can get you through any crisis. It is no surprise that Heather is incredibly skilled at speaking with complainants, respondents and witnesses on issues of harassment and discrimination. Her calm and caring approach creates a welcoming environment. And yet this soft side is balanced by her razor-sharp conclusions and astute observations, as well as her excellent writing skills which convey her well-reasoned conclusions. I would highly recommend Heather for just about anything.

She is an innate inclusive leader who keeps an open mind and is curious about those around her; she listens without judgement and tries to empathetically understand others.
